The operation of telex release bill of lading:

1. The shipowner issues the original bill of lading, and the forwarder bill of lading is released by electricity

The carrier signs the original bill of lading to the forwarder, the shipper on the bill of lading is the forwarder, the consignee is the forwarder's agent at the port of destination, and the agent of the forwarder's destination port picks up the goods with the original bill of lading. The freight forwarder and the shipper use the telegram release, and the consignee picks up the goods from the freight forwarder at the port of destination based on the telegram release letter or the telegram release number.

2. The ship owner's bill of lading is released by electricity, and the freight forwarder issues the original freight forwarder bill of lading

In this case, the shipping company will pass the copy of the bill of lading to the freight forwarder to fill in the information, the shipper on the bill of lading fills in the name of the freight forwarder, and the consignee fills in the agent of the freight forwarder at the port of destination; , and send the telegram or telegram number to the freight forwarder; finally, the freight forwarder's agent at the port of destination will pick up the goods from the agent of the carrier's port of destination. On the other hand, the freight forwarding company issues the original freight forwarding bill of lading to the shipper, the shipper on the bill of lading fills in the name of the shipper, the consignee fills in the name of the consignee at the port of destination, and the consignee at the port of destination presents the original bill of lading at the The port of destination, pick up the goods from the agent of the freight forwarding company.

When no original bill of lading is issued:

1) The carrier will transmit a copy of the master bill of lading to the forwarder;

3) After the shipper confirms, fill in the application form for telex release and send it to the forwarder

4) The freight forwarder will transmit the application for telex release to the carrier;

5) If the carrier agrees to release by telegram, after the goods are loaded on board, the email or telegram number shall be passed on to the shipper by the freight forwarder;

6) The shipper transmits the telex letter or telex number to the consignee, and the consignee picks up the goods at the carrier's agency at the port of destination with the telex letter or telex number and a copy of the bill of lading.
