The surface of the high-precision aluminum plate has been polished more than 400 meshes, making the surface of the workpiece very delicate, improving the mechanical properties of the workpiece surface, and increasing the adhesion between it and the coating.
In order to improve the precision of the aluminum plate and save you the process and cost of re-processing, our high-precision plate has been milled, and the surface is smooth and burr-free, allowing you to get more high-quality molded products.
We provide a variety of laminating methods for you to choose from, including single-sided laminating, double-sided laminating, laser film, PE film, PVC film and so on.
We can use PE, PVDF, anodizing and other methods to color aluminum products. High-precision boards can be directly anodized, with uniform color, no color difference, and no fading. Products with higher color requirements can use anodized aluminum boards.
Our internal laboratory is a fully functional laboratory, which we use for internal testing and color matching. We measure and test the color values according to Hunter LAB 3D color scale, anode layer (tested using ASTM B137) and gloss to verify that all indicators meet specifications multiple times during each manufacturing process.
The color of the anodized aluminum plate is rich, and there are many choices. Alumina board gives to people more choices and with a more beautiful appearance. Due to the addition of the coating, the coating undoubtedly functions as a protective layer to isolate the metal from the outside world, so the rust-proof performance of the anodized aluminum plate is particularly good, which can prolong the life of the surface metal. At the same time, the coating is added to make the surface of the material more wear-resistant.
1. Paper or film the aluminum plate to ensure that the surface of the aluminum plate is intact without scratches;
2. Plastic or kraft paper package is used to prevent moisture and rain, to ensure that the aluminum plate is clean and free of dirt during transportation;
3. Install wooden pallets and use steel belts to reinforce them to avoid collisions during transportation and ensure that the geometric shape of the aluminum plate remains unchanged;
4. All exported products are packed in wooden boxes and brackets with fumigation marks;
5. Pack according to customers' other packaging requirements
